6. SMS Messaging Terms

By separately opting in to a Vaquero SMS program, you agree to receive text messages from Vaquero Marketing LLC ("Vaquero") at the telephone number you provide.

Depending on the consent you provide, messages may include strategy-call reminders, appointment reminders, scheduling communications, customer-service conversations, responses to inquiries, business follow-up, and separately authorized marketing communications.

Message frequency varies.

Message and data rates may apply.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Opt Out

Reply STOP to any Vaquero SMS message to unsubscribe from that messaging program.

After an opt-out request is processed, you may receive a final confirmation that you have been unsubscribed.

7. Marketing SMS Consent

If Vaquero sends marketing or promotional SMS messages, those messages will only be sent where the recipient has provided the required consent.

Marketing SMS consent is separate from consent for informational and customer-service messages.

You may decline marketing SMS communications without preventing you from submitting an inquiry or doing business with Vaquero.

8. AI-Generated and Automated Voice Calls

Vaquero may use an artificial, prerecorded, or AI-generated voice for certain telephone communications where permitted by law and where applicable consent has been obtained.

An outbound AI-generated voice call will identify Vaquero as the party responsible for the call and will provide a method to request that future calls stop.

You may revoke consent for automated or AI-generated calls at any time using the method provided during the call or by contacting Vaquero.

AI-generated voices fall within the FCC's definition of an artificial voice under the TCPA. The FCC has stated that calls using AI-generated human voices require prior express consent where the TCPA applies, and telemarketing calls using such technology require prior express written consent.

9. Telephone Processing

Telephone audio may be processed in real time to provide AI-enabled voice functionality.

Vaquero does not retain audio recordings of calls.

10. User Submissions

You are responsible for information you submit through the website.

You agree not to submit information that:

• Is unlawful.
• Infringes another person's rights.
• Contains malware or malicious code.
• Is intentionally false or deceptive.
• You are not authorized to provide.
• Contains confidential information belonging to another party without permission.

11. Intellectual Property
