Build Predictable Demand Without Losing the Handoff.

Vaquero orchestrates the entire path from demand creation through qualified opportunity and revenue, then uses that data to decide what should scale.

The constraint

Where growth leaks between teams.

Lead generation is not a complete acquisition system. Growth leaks when traffic, forms, routing, sales response and measurement are managed as separate projects.

Tame > Build > Scale

Map demand through customer outcome.

01

Tame

Map demand sources, lead quality, conversion, response speed and attribution gaps.

02

Build

Connect acquisition channels to conversion paths, CRM routing, qualification and measurement.

03

Scale

Increase investment where the complete system produces qualified pipeline efficiently.

Deliverables

The acquisition system to build.

  • Acquisition-system map
  • Channel strategy
  • Lead-quality framework
  • Routing and follow-up design
  • Closed-loop attribution

Where the handoff matters

Channel owners, web teams and sales need the same lead-stage definitions so a rise in inquiries can be compared with completed reviews and customers.

Decision detail

The path from demand to customer

Customer acquisition includes discovery, conversion, qualification, response and outcome measurement.

Map the sequence from channel to landing page, inquiry, owner, booked review, completed review, qualified opportunity and customer. Identify which transition is constrained before increasing spend.

A business with ample inquiry volume but weak response needs a different fix from one with no relevant demand. Channel, website and sales teams should use a common definition of a qualified outcome.

Who should own the whole path

Someone needs authority over the path from first contact to qualified opportunity, or each team will improve its own step while the handoffs keep failing.

When channels, website and sales report to different people, each owner can hit its own target while qualified opportunities stay flat. Name one accountable owner for the path, whether an internal leader, a fractional executive or a partner, and define what that person can change and what needs approval.

Give that owner shared stage definitions and a regular review of how records move from inquiry to booked review, completed review and opportunity. Escalate a stalled transition to the person who controls it, rather than adding spend upstream. If no one internal can hold this role, decide that explicitly before hiring for individual channels.
