Service
Remove Friction Between Interest and Action.
Vaquero designs conversion paths that preserve value before friction: direct sales conversations for high intent, diagnostics for problem awareness, and useful resources for research-stage visitors.
The constraint
When interest stalls before a useful action.
A single CTA cannot serve every visitor. High-intent prospects, problem-aware buyers and early-stage researchers need different next steps.
Tame > Build > Scale
Match the next step to readiness.
Tame
Identify drop-off, message mismatch, form friction and weak buyer-state alignment.
Build
Create landing pages, offers, forms, diagnostics and CTA systems with proper tracking.
Scale
Optimize against qualified pipeline using controlled tests, behavior analysis and sales feedback.

Where the handoff matters
A page test is incomplete until form routing, confirmation and follow-up are checked against the lead quality that sales actually receives.
Decision detail
Match the next step to buyer readiness
A funnel should let decision-ready buyers request a conversation while giving research-stage visitors a useful way to learn.
Review the continuity from source promise to landing-page answer, offer, form and confirmation. Reduce friction that does not help qualification, but keep information sales needs to respond well. Test changes against completed, qualified reviews rather than an increase in unqualified submissions.
After a form is submitted, verify that routing, calendar, follow-up and attribution work. A conversion path ends at a useful business outcome, not at the browser thank-you state.
Testing with limited traffic
A site with modest traffic can still improve conversion, but it should make fewer and larger changes and judge them with sales feedback instead of chasing small statistical differences.
Split tests need enough visits and conversions to separate a real difference from chance, and many business sites do not have that volume. Small tweaks such as button color are unlikely to be measurable there. Focus on changes a visitor would notice: a clearer offer, a shorter path for ready buyers, stronger proof or a better answer to the first objection.
Record the date, the change, the reason and the expected effect, then compare qualified reviews over a stated period. Watch for changes in traffic source or season that could explain the result. Session recordings, form errors and call notes can show where visitors get stuck when the numbers are too small to tell you.
